Easy Cucumber Salad
3 Large Cucumbers
1 Pint Red Grape Tomatoes
1 Pint Orange Grape Tomatoes
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Parsley or Dried Parsley
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes.
Instructions: Dice your cucumbers into a 10 cup mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and toss. Halve your red and orange grape
tomatoes and add to the bowl with your diced cucumbers. Toss and then sprinkle
with Parsley.
Chill and serve.
