Mahogany Law’s Shrimp
Stir Fry
2 lbs Uncooked and Deveined Shrimp
¼ Teaspoon Adobo with Black Pepper Seasoning (sprinkle)
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder (sprinkle, or 2-3 garlic cloves)
¼ Teaspoon Lawry's Season Salt (sprinkle)
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper (sprinkle)
¼ Cayenne Pepper (sprinkle)
1 Stalk Scallion
1 Stalk of Thyme
½ Whole Yellow Onion (Optional)
2 Cups Chopped Bak Choy
2 Cups Chopped Cabbage
1 Cup Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce
3 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes.
Cook Time: 21 minutes.
Instructions: Season your shrimp with the powdered
seasonings.
Heat sauce pan or wok
with butter on medium heat. Add your seasoned shrimp and stir, then cover and
leave for 3 minutes, then stir again and cover and leave for another 3 minutes.
Chop your scallion,
thyme, onion, bak choy, cabbage and combine into a mixing bowl.
Then add 1 cup of
Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce to your sauce pan that has your shrimp. Stir and leave
covered for 2 minutes on low heat. Then add your chopped vegetables and stir.
Cover and allow to simmer for 8 minutes on low heat and then stir again and
allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve
with steamed white rice. Or, any other provisions you wish.
