Got to Do Better
We as people
have got to do better. We say we want change, support, and to grow, yet we talk
down to and about others and their accomplishments, both large and small.
If an
actor/actress is deemed a best actor/actress in a particular genre, who are you
to say they are not the best actor/actress because they are only good in one
particular genre? The fact still remains, they are still a best actor/actress.
If a teacher is deemed the best teacher in
the subject of history, who are you to say they are not the best because they
are only the best in one subject?
If a life coach is the best in the aspect of
motivating others to be their best, who are you to say they are not the best
because they specialize in one particular aspect?
If a financial advisor is the best when it
comes to advising on stocks, who are you to say they are not the best because
they only specialize in one area of finance?
If an author is deemed the best in a
particular genre, who are you to say they are not the best because they
specialize in one area?
If a doctor or surgeon is deemed the best in
the area of work they do, who are you to say they are not the best because they
only specialize in the area they work?
If you were
married to a partner that was great at managing the finances (which is one of
the important factors of having a successful marriage), but horrible at
remembering your birthday or wedding anniversary, would you say they are no
good at marriage because they are a horrible at remembering your birthday or
wedding anniversary?
We have to do better in 2016, and going
forward! Stop the negative talk, stop the down-talking, and remove the hate and
resentment. Build more positive, supporting, uplifting, and motivational
